Functions :

The general secretariat of the faculty is responsible for:

1. The preparation and implementation of a faculty human resources management plan.

2. the management of the career paths of faculty employees.

3. the management of the archive, documentation of the faculty and its backup.

4. preparation and implementation of the faculty budget project.

5. the promotion of scientific, cultural and sports activities of the students in coordination with the authorities of the university administration.

6. the management of movable and immovable assets and their maintenance.
